Owners Al Corston (Seafaring Fool Grenfell St), Ben Nash (chef/Borsa) and Joel Materne (barista/Froth and Fodder) have combined their years of experience in the industry with an ethos that supports South Australian produce and using eco friendly practices to bring good times and good grinds to Glenelg South.
The dopest SA roasted coffee - DeGroot, Kanmantoo bacon and Fleurieu free range eggs are just a few of the local products the boys use to showcase some of the amazing local produce available from South Australia.
Rock star chef Ben Nash believes in delivering simple, fresh, made from scratch cuisine, a trait he has learned from his mentors at Borsa; Michael Quist and Peter DeMarco. The Fools menu covers an epic all day breakfast, burgers, salads and grills including the cuban and the rueben.
